Responsibilities
Ensuring all paintwork meets quality standards, manufacturer specifications and customer expectations.
Regularly clean and maintain all painting equipment, spray booths, and tools to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the paint shop, including proper use of PPE and waste disposal.
Work effectively with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient repair process.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Vehicle Paint Technician.
ATA Accredited or NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Paint is required.
Maintain professional appearance.
Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and a dynamic work environment.
Basic working knowledge of computers.
Having a good working knowledge of Repair Methods.
Being proactive in identifying and implementing effective working processes.
Experience with specific paint systems and COSHH compliance.
Must have high standards of service, be a positive and effective communicator, and consistently adhere to strict processes.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in the repair process, ensuring all systems, including ADAS and safety sensors, are correctly installed and calibrated to manufacturer/industry standards.

Responsibilities
Dismantling and reassembling mechanical, electrical, and components (engines, gearboxes, wiring harnesses, interior trim, dashboards) in accordance with manufacturer and industry guidelines.
Diagnosing and rectifying faults in electrical and mechanical systems post-accident or repair, ensuring full functionality and ADAS calibration.
Performing thorough checks and testing to ensure all systems are correctly reinstalled, calibrated, and safe for road use, adhering to MOT standards.
Working closely with the team to ensure a seamless repair process.
