This disclaimer applies to all classic, vintage, and collector vehicles advertised, displayed, or sold by KB Repairs Ltd ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Vehicle Age, Nature & Expected Maintenance

  1. Vehicles offered for sale are classic or collector items. Due to their age, historical manufacturing techniques, and usage history, these vehicles may show signs of wear, patination, historical repairs, or past modifications.

  2. Buyers should anticipate that classic vehicles may require frequent, ongoing maintenance, component servicing, or remedial work.

2. Vehicle Descriptions & Mileage

  1. Information provided regarding vehicle condition, history, previous restoration work, or performance represents our subjective opinion and good-faith assessment only. Such descriptions do not constitute formal guarantees or technical warranties.

  2. Unless explicitly confirmed in writing following formal verification, recorded mileage or odometer readings cannot be guaranteed as accurate, original, or complete.

3. Buyer Inspections & Due Diligence

  1. We strongly encourage all prospective buyers to arrange a comprehensive independent vehicle inspection and a test drive (where practicable and permitted) prior to purchase.

  2. Buyers must satisfy themselves regarding the vehicle's mechanical state, structural integrity, documentation, historical provenance, and general suitability before entering into a purchase agreement.

4. Warranties & Post-Sale Liability

  1. Unless explicitly provided in a separate written warranty agreement, vehicles are sold without any express post-sale warranty or guarantee from KB Repairs Ltd.

  2. Subject to applicable law, KB Repairs Ltd accepts no liability for mechanical failures, electrical issues, cosmetic deterioration, or defects discovered following the completion of sale and delivery.

  3. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits statutory consumer rights that cannot be lawfully excluded under UK law (such as the Consumer Rights Act 2015), taking into account the vehicle's age, price, mileage, and historical character.
