Frequently Asked Questions

    1. To get started with the repair process, the first step is to contact the PH and book a date for an on-site estimate.

    2. During the estimate, our estimator will take pictures of the vehicle and its damage and perform a diagnostic check to identify any internal damage caused by the accident.

    3. Once the vehicle has been thoroughly inspected, an estimate will be prepared and sent to the engineers for authorisation.

    4. After the engineer's authorisation, we will order the necessary replacement parts (if applicable) and arrange a book-in date for your vehicle, subject to parts ETA. If required, we will also arrange a replacement vehicle, subject to availability.

    5. Once your vehicle is onsite, the repairs will begin.

    • Kindly be advised that upon the collection of your vehicle, it is necessary to settle any Excess or VAT payments that may be applicable to you by your insurance company.

  • Yes. You can request a free quote for your vehicle's repair by completing our Request Free Quote Form or simply visiting our workshop. We would be more than happy to inspect your vehicle and provide you with a quote for the necessary repairs.

  • Insurance Repair Work

    • The repair process typically takes around 5-10 working days, during which time your vehicle will be carefully repaired and undergo a quality control check (this timeframe is subject to change, depending on the nature and extent of the repairs required). Once the repairs are completed, we will contact you to let you know that your vehicle is ready for pickup.

    • Please remember that any excess amount or VAT applicable needs to be paid upon collection.

    Private Repair Work

    • The completion of private work repairs is expected to take approximately 3-5 working days, assuming that no replacement parts are necessary. This timeframe is subject to change, depending on the nature and extent of the repairs required.

  • The delivery of parts currently in stock can take 1-3 working days to arrive.
    However, parts with on-order / out-of-stock status may take approximately 2-3 weeks.

  • Our team will provide regular updates via email regarding the progress of your vehicle's repair.

  • Payments can be made either in cash or through online transactions.
    Please note that we do not accept credit transactions at this time.

  • Yes. If you are an insurance claim customer and your claim states that you are entitled to a courtesy car, one will be provided for you.

    If you are a private repair customer, a courtesy car can be arranged upon request. Please keep in mind that a daily charge will apply.

  • We work with major insurance companies and networks, including Vizion Network, Hastings, AXA, and NFUM.

  • Yes. To request a repair estimate, please visit our contact page, fill out the required fields, and submit the form. One of our team members will reach out to you with an estimate.

    For the most accurate estimate, we highly recommend visiting us on-site so we can thoroughly inspect the damage.

  • Yes, we perform repairs on alloy wheels and diamond-cut finishes.
